Returns

- Products must be:

- Returned with original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Replacement items are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift card
- Used or damaged items caused after delivery
Return Process

Refunds
- After inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
